Application: MBTS (DM)-80 is a medium speed accelerator commonly used in rubber vulcanisation process, applicable to natural rubber and synthetic rubber (such as styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, etc.). It can improve the speed of vulcanisation and the physical and mechanical properties of the vulcanised rubber, especially suitable for rubber products requiring good ageing resistance, such as tyres, tapes and seals.
Advantages: The accelerator has longer scorch time, wider vulcanisation flat period and high safety in use.
