Characteristics

1. Dosage of the bridging agent

The recommended dosage is 5g/kg-6g/kg. The mechanical property is better when the dosage is 5g/kg; the

elasticity is better when 6g/kg. Big deviation of dosage may cause performance damage

2. The usage of the bridging agent

Masticate the compound before adding the bridging agent to make it soft. Control the temperature of open

mill under 70°C to keep the 3M safe enough.

3. Vulcanization process
Temperature 155°C±3°C,Cure time 150s-220s, Exhaust times 2-4
Specific production process depends on your product and equipments, adjust the process to make it ok
If necessary, replace some 3M with DCP to control the curing speed

use.
