Customized Width Dtf Hot Melt Glue
TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethanes) Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber, known for its versatility and resilience, is primarily divided into polyester and polyether types. It boasts a wide hardness range (60HA-85HD), excellent wear and oil resistance, transparency, and elasticity. These qualities make it an ideal choice for daily essentials, sporting goods, toys, and decorative materials. Halogen-free flame retardant TPU can also replace soft PVC to meet stringent environmental standards. The term 'elastomer' refers to materials with a glass transition temperature below room temperature, an elongation at break >50%, and excellent recovery post-deformation. As a unique subset of elastomers, polyurethane elastomers exhibit a broad hardness and performance range, positioning them between rubber and plastic. Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) features minimal or no chemical crosslinking, resulting in mostly linear molecules with some physical crosslinking.
 
Thanks to its superb properties, TPU is widely used across various industries. Its outstanding wear resistance makes it ideal for shoe soles, belts, conveyor belts, and other wear-resistant applications.
