It is a pre-dispersed curing agent used in natural rubber and diene synthetic rubber, which is easily

dispersed in rubber materials and commonly used in ordinary sulfur vulcanization systems to form

polysulfide bonds. It has good initial fatigue performance and dynamic and static performance.

It can be used in combination with sulfurizers with sulfur carriers to form an appropriate amount of

polysulfide bonds, single and double sulfur bonds, which not only has good dynamic performance.

S80 has a very good dispersibility . No dust generated during use, suitable for automatic weighing.

Characteristics
 

This product generally needs to be used in the presence of zinc oxide and stearic acid.

Add it in mixer or open mill, keep the temperature of the rubber compound under 90°C

Before the rubber sheets deposit or transport, make sure the sheets are cool

Suggested dosage: 1.0phr-5.0phr, please increase or decrease as needed
