Characteristics

Special zinc-sulfur derivatives are preferred for rapid and complete vulcanisation without frosting. The product is milky-white and does not have any No contamination to white and coloured adhesives. The use of EPM as a carrier ensures the storage stability of the product. This product can completely replace the traditional DM/M and dithiocarbamate This product can completely replace the traditional DM/M and dithiocarbamate yellowing accelerator, with simple operation, without sacrificing the physical properties of the rubber, and no nitrosamines produced in the reaction process, in line with REACH standards.

Usage method 

It can be widely used in various rubber compounds such as NR/BR/SBR/NBR/IBR/IIR/EPDM, and 

and can be used as the main accelerator or as a secondary accelerator

 

Usage: Use as a general accelerator, add it in the second stage of internal mixing or open mill 

Suggested additive quantity: 1.5phr-3.5phr, please increase or decrease according to the need.
