Characteristics

This product is colourless transparent or milky white rubber granules. Using the chemical stability of organic antioxidant itself, it can isolate the ozone outside the rubber to avoid the decomposition and destruction of the rubber by ozone, and can effectively prevent the occurrence of the phenomenon of spitting frost.A-009 not only has excellent anti-ozone, anti-heat and oxygen aging effect, but also has good compatibility with the rubber, and has no adverse effect on the performance of the finished product.

Usage method 

Light-coloured anti-spitting cream agent A-009 is especially suitable for rubber compounding with NR/BR/SBR/EPDM and NBR as the main rubber types, and it can be widely used in various rubber products such as semi-transparent, oxidized and coloured rubber, etc. It can be used alone or in combination with other anti-aging agents. It can be used alone or in combination with other antioxidants.
Usage: Used as a general antioxidant, added in a period of refining.
Suggested additive quantity: 4phr-6phr, please increase or decrease according to the need. 

Package specification/ shelf life 

Bag/box lined with plastic bags, 25kg/ bag (box) 

12 months from the date of production. If the storage is expired, it can still be used after re inspection 

Attention points 

1. This product is not flammable but combustible, use should be careful to keep away from fire 

2. The storage temperature and the number of layers should not be too high to prevent the granules from softening and agglomeration 

3. Keep away from strong acids, strong alkalis and strong oxidizers to avoid product failure
